Spring Meeting highlights

On Saturday, April 12, the Executive Team of the SWBA conducted their Spring 2014 meeting at Faith Community Baptist Church in Madison. Pastor David Smith and his congregation have the gift of hospitality and they did a great job in hosting our churches. Amanda Miller was given a plaque in honor of her 10 year anniversary serving the SWBA as the Office Manager. We are grateful for Amanda’s heart for the Lord and for her desire to serve our churches. Larry Clinton of Brotherhood Insurance gave a gift of $350 to the SWBA and shared how he can be a resource to any of our churches for church insurance. Dr. Roger Roberts, interim pastor of East Madison Baptist Church, shared an inspiring and challenging message out of his 47 years of experience. Thank you to all the pastors and leaders who came to experience the day with us!!! See pictures and more inside!!!

On April 30 we have a strategic workshop taking place. I want to encourage all of our leaders who want to provide a way to coach their leaders to participate. Any pastor or leading wanting to multiply should be part of this workshop. Register through the link provided in the newsletter.
