Technical Difficulties?
Sorry to bother you with  multiple emails in one day. We have received several reports of the newsletter failing to open from several folks. It seems that the issue lies in using Adobe Reader X. The problem only appears to happen with version X, and is fine with version 9 and all prior versions. A Google search reveals that version X of Adobe Reader is not getting good reviews for stability. 

We recommend that you use an alternate PDF reader, such as PDF-XChange, if you experience issues opening this month’s newsletter.

If you are not using Adobe Reader X and are still experiencing issues, please notify us and give your Operating System, Adobe Reader, and Internet Explorer versions so we can investigate further.
